Community Outreach: LaGrange Community Clinic

Patients at Community Nurse Health Association come from low income families, and are restricted to a service area in the southwest suburbs that includes LaGrange , Brookfield, Lyons, Hodgkins and Countryside.

Loyola partners with the clinic to provide pediatric care, however adult primary care, prenatal care and dental care are also provided. CNHA also provides a homemaker service and a very successful Secret Santa program for the families.
